UTV Motion Pictures that's known for their strategic pre-production plans and innovative marketing strategies is producing Chiyaan Vikram - AL Vijay's biggie, 'Thaandavam'. The unit is in London for a 65 day long schedule.
Vikram, Amy Jackson, Santhanam, Lakshmi Rai, Nasser and Dhananjayan were shooting the climax scenes recently.
However, it has been raining cats and dogs in and around London from three days and the team is not able to shoot as per plans. The London schedule is to be wrapped by June 15, this Friday!
"Today we planned a big scene in a huge government building with a lot of local junior artistes but heavy rains forced us to abandon it, we are losing heavily. We have another five days to go to complete the London portion. We are looking forward to a rain free day tomorrow to complete the planned scenes, the crew is going through sleepless nights to complete on time and within budget", wrote Dhananjayan on his microblogging page.
Starring Vikram, Jagapathy Babu, Anushka Shetty, Amy Jackson, Lakshmi Rai, Santhanam and Nasser in roles the film is touted to see Vikram as a blind person in some scenes. Music is by GV Prakash.
