Court in favor of SAC

The TFPC battle seems to be never ending. An ad hoc committee headed by producer Ibrahim Rowther made news recently by declaring fresh elections in TFPC, but President SA Chandrasekhar had expressed that this is an illegal committee and that he will take the issue to the court.

The Madras High Court has favored him and has termed this ad hoc committee of Ibrahim Rowther as an illegal one! They also announced that the annual meet that was held by this committee on April 15 as an invalid and illegal one.

The formation of this committee has been announced illegal as it violates the provisions of the Societies Registration Act.
